Shipping
At Juliette Lingerie, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Your order will be shipped to the address you provided during checkout. We work with PostNL for our deliveries.
You can track the status of your shipment via the track & trace number, which you will receive by email.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability:
BE / NL: 1 to 2 working days
FR / LU / DE: 3 to 5 working days
Returns Policy
30-Day Return Period
At Juliette Lingerie, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with Belgian legislation.
Conditions for Returns
- The product must be unworn and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Labels must not have been removed.
Lingerie that does not meet these conditions cannot be returned.

We offer free returns.
Return Procedure
Would you like to return an item? That’s easy and free.
- Use the return link in the email you received from MyParcel with your order. Via this link, you can register your return and immediately create a return label with track & trace.
- Indicate whether you would like an exchange for a different size or a refund.
Unsure about the correct size? Feel free to share your measurements (underbust and bust), and we’ll be happy to help you choose the right size. - Carefully pack the item and include the original packing slip.
- Drop off your parcel at a pickup point of your choice, as indicated in the MyParcel return procedure.
Once we have received and processed your return, you will be notified by email.
