Do you also offer non-wired bras?
At the moment, we only offer wired bras. However, we are continuously developing new products. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when they become available.
How do I know if my bra fits properly?
A bra fits well if:
✓ The band sits horizontally (doesn’t ride up at the back)
✓ The underwire fully encloses the breast (doesn’t press on breast tissue)
✓ The cups are completely filled (no gaps, no spilling)
✓ The straps provide support without digging into your shoulders
✓ You can fit two fingers under the band (not tighter, not looser)
Can I exchange a bra for a different size?
Yes, but we work with returns + reordering. This is often faster than a traditional exchange:
- Return the bra that doesn’t fit (free return)
- Order the correct size online right away
- Once we receive your return, you’ll get a refund
This way, you’ll receive the correct size more quickly.
I’m between two sizes — which one should I choose?
That depends on your preference:
Cup size:
- Between two cup sizes? Choose the larger size for more support.
Band size:
- Between two band sizes? Choose the smaller size (bands tend to stretch slightly with wear).
What are the shipping costs?

Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a Track & Trace link by email. This allows you to see where your parcel is.
You can also track your order via My Account > My Orders.
How long does delivery take?
- Order placed before 2:00 PM = shipped the same day
- Order placed after 2:00 PM = shipped the next day
Can I exchange a return for a different size?
We work with returns + reordering (this is faster):
- Return the item that doesn’t fit (free of charge)
- Immediately place a new order in the correct size
- Once we receive your return, you’ll get a refund
This way, you’ll receive the correct size faster than with a traditional exchange.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we have received and approved your return (within 2–3 working days), your refund will be processed automatically.
Refund processing time:
- iDEAL/Bancontact: 1–2 working days
- Credit card: 3–5 working days
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
What are the return costs?
Returns are free of charge. The return label is free and we do not charge any return fees.
How can I return my order?
- After your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with the track & trace
- In that email, click the return button
- Select the items you want to return
- Create your return label
- Pack the items carefully
- Drop off your parcel at a PostNL pickup point
What is your return policy?
You can return your order free of charge within 30 days of receiving it.
Conditions:
✓ Product unworn and unwashed
✓ Tags still attached to the product
✓ In original packaging (if possible)
✓ Hygiene sticker intact (for briefs)

Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes, during checkout you can indicate that you need an invoice. Enter your VAT number and we’ll include a VAT invoice.
My payment failed, what now?
Check the following:
✓ Do you have sufficient balance/credit?
✓ Are your payment details entered correctly?
✓ Is your payment method working properly (sometimes there may be a temporary outage)?
Still not working? Try a different payment method or contact us.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes, all payments are processed via secure connections (SSL/TLS). We do not store any payment details ourselves; this is handled by certified payment providers.

Can I save products as favourites?
Yes! Click the heart icon on a product to save it. You can find your favourites under ‘My Account’ > ‘Favourites’.
Please note: you need to be logged in to save favourites.
Can I update my details?
Yes, log in and go to ‘My Account’ > ‘My Details’. Here you can update your name, address, email address and password.
I forgot my password
On the login page, click ‘Forgot password’. Enter your email address and we’ll send you a link to set a new password.

How do I create an account?
Click ‘Account’ in the top right corner and choose ‘Register’. Enter your email address and a password. That’s it!

Which materials do you use?
Our bras are made from high-quality materials:
- Polyamide/Nylon (durable, shape-retaining, breathable)
- Elastane (stretch, comfort)
- Cotton lining in the cups (soft, breathable)
All materials are tested for skin-friendliness and durability.
Are your products sustainable?
We believe sustainability starts with long-lasting quality. A Juliette bra lasts 1–2 years, compared to fast fashion bras that wear out after just a few months.

How long does a bra last?
With proper care, a Juliette bra lasts 1–2 years when worn regularly (2–3 times per week).
Tips for a longer lifespan:
✓ Rotate your bras (don’t wear the same one every day)
✓ Wash at 30°C in a laundry bag
✓ Never use the dryer
✓ Air dry
Is the elastic worn out, the band stretched, or the cups losing their shape? Then it’s time for a replacement.
How do I wash my lingerie?
For the longest lifespan of your lingerie, we recommend hand washing.
Hand wash (best option)
- Lukewarm water with a mild detergent
- Wash gently, do not wring
- Air dry
- ❌ Never use the dryer
Prefer the washing machine? (possible, but less ideal)
- Max. 30°C
- Delicate cycle
- Always use a laundry bag
- ❌ Never use the dryer

Are the prices in the store the same as online?
Yes, Juliette Lingerie costs the same everywhere, both online and in our stores.
