Terms and Conditions

This website operates under the name “JULIETTE” and is managed by NV Schauvliege JE, with its registered office at Monnikenwerve 109, 8000 Bruges, Belgium. We are registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under company number 0442.618.225 and VAT number BE 442.618.225.

These general terms and conditions apply to all items and to every purchase made by the customer through the Juliette Lingerie webshop.

In accordance with European legislation, a purchase concluded electronically constitutes a legally binding agreement for which payment is required.

The entire JULIETTE website, including texts, photos, images, illustrations and software, is the property of NV Schauvliege JE or of affiliated companies, licensors and/or content providers. This content is protected by copyright, trademark law and all other forms of intellectual property rights, and may only be used with the prior permission of NV Schauvliege JE.

Prices and Payment

All prices stated on the website include 21% VAT and exclude any additional shipping costs, which are listed separately on the order confirmation. NV Schauvliege JE – Lingerieoutlet reserves the right to change prices at any time.

All offers are valid while stocks last. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will offer the customer a new expected delivery time, where possible.

Unless otherwise agreed at a later stage, amounts owed by the customer must be paid within 3 working days after receipt of the order. In the event of late payment, NV Schauvliege JE – Lingerieoutlet reserves the right to cancel the order. In such case, the customer will be informed accordingly.

The customer is obliged to report any inaccuracies in the payment details provided to NV Schauvliege JE – Lingerieoutlet.

The customer may choose from the following payment methods:

  • Paypal
  • iDeal / Wero
  • Bankcontact
  • Visa and Mastercard

Once payment has been completed, the customer will receive an email confirming receipt of payment and indicating when the order will be processed and/or shipped.

Shipping and Delivery

NV Schauvliege JE – Lingerieoutlet will exercise the utmost care in receiving and processing orders and products.

The delivery address shall be the address provided by the customer to NV Schauvliege JE – Lingerieoutlet at the time of placing the order.

Accepted orders will be processed as quickly as possible and no later than 30 days, unless a longer delivery period has been agreed. If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be fulfilled or can only be partially fulfilled, the customer will be informed accordingly.

Delivered products remain the exclusive property of Lingerieoutlet until full payment has been received from the customer. The customer undertakes, where necessary, to inform third parties of this retention of ownership, for example in the event that unpaid goods are seized.

All orders are shipped as parcels via PostNL. Delivery can be made to a home address, parcel locker or PostNL pickup point. For international shipments, any additional costs will be communicated in advance on the order confirmation.
NV Schauvliege JE – Lingerieoutlet cannot be held liable for loss or damage to parcels during shipping.

The customer is required to check the order immediately upon receipt to verify that it complies with the agreement. If this is not the case, the customer must notify NV Schauvliege JE – Lingerieoutlet by email, stating the order number, after which an appropriate solution will be sought.

All products offered in the webshop are new, unworn and of excellent quality. Before shipment, each product is carefully inspected for any manufacturing defects. For this reason, NV Schauvliege JE – Lingerieoutlet cannot be held liable for any imperfections in the product.

In the event of any inconsistency, these general terms and conditions shall prevail. Lingerieoutlet reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any purchase made after such modification implies acceptance by the customer of the updated terms and conditions.
